KIM KARDASHIAN & KANYE WEST SUING YOUTUBE CO-FOUNDER OVER LEAKED PROPOSAL VIDEO

Kim Kardashian, 33, and Kanye West, 36,will be taking legal actions over their leaked proposal video.Kimye is suing 36-year-old YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley,who got his hands on the intimate moment.

Kimye fans got to join in on the couple’s emotional engagement,but the happy moment wasn’t initially meant for anyone but family and friends to see.The couple is suing Chad for filming the proposal and posting it on his new site,MixBit.

The couple allege that Chad posted the video as a means to save his career after selling YouTube for $1.65 billion to Google.Chad uploaded the video to MixBit,and since then,the video has gone viral — racking up 1.6 million views! The couple is especially unhappy since Chad wasn’t invited to the engagement.He agreed to sign a confidentially agreement in which he was told not to disclose any details on the engagement.The internet entrepreneur even took a photo holding the signed agreement!See full video below;

In the lawsuit, the couple accuse Chad of manipulating his way into the Oct. 21 engagement.The couple is suing him for unspecified damages, but whatever the price,it’s clear Chad’s going to have one tough battle to face against the power couple.

Since the video leaked, Chad has proudly taken ownership of the video and even posted it on MixBit’s official Twitter.

The footage was meant to be shown on Keeping Up With Karadashians.The moment may have been leaked to fans,but we’re sure they’ll still be happy to see it again on E!
