KATE MIDDLETON BONDS WITH SICK CHILDREN DURNG HOSPICE VISIT

Kate Middleton is a natural with kids. After a very glam, grown-up red carpet date night with Prince William on Dec. 5, the Duchess of Cambridge got in touch with her inner child during a Friday, Dec. 6, visit to the Shooting Star House Children's Hospice in Hampton, England.Read more to see more pics.
Dressed for the outing in dark blue skinny jeans and Reiss' gray "Delaney" coat -- a far cry from her slinky Roland Mouret gown from the night before -- Prince George's mum bonded with sick children and their families over nursery rhymes and arts and crafts. Following a tour of the facilities, she joined the kids for afternoon tea and was presented with a posy of roses by three young girls, Demi, Zoe, and Zofia.

The Duchess also took part in a music therapy session with music therapist Sarah Hodkinson, who strummed her guitar to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," "Jingle Bells," and other favorite children's songs. Middleton laughed and clapped along, and even played with a little hand puppet made to look like a frog.
