Calling it quits with Lam Lam. Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom after four years of marriage, TMZ reports on Friday, Dec. 13.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 29, and NBA player, 34, married in September 2009 after one month of dating. The couple has been estranged over the past several months following revelations of Odom's drug use and cheating.
A source close to the reality star shares in the new issue of Us Weekly that Kardashian hasn't spoken to her husband since they spent Thanksgiving apart. "She flip-flopped several times, but she can't imagine having kids with someone who refuses to seek help for his disease," the insider explained.
The spouses have tried to work out their problems. In a preview clip for season nine of Keeping Up With the Kardashian, Odom can be heard on the phone begging for forgiveness. "I would do anything to be accepted back by you guys," he said. "You guys are all I've got."
As hopeful as he was, a pal told Us that Odom knows the relationship is done now and is "really sad." Kardashian, on the other hand, is saying, "'I'm moving on.'"
TMZ first reported on Friday, Dec. 13 of Kardashian's plans to file for divorce. The previous day, Kardashian posted a cryptic message on Instagram: "I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish."
