Miley Cyrus manages to make headlines. At the 24th Annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas festival in Los Angeles on Dec. 7, Cyrus, 21, attended in a shocking new blonde bob.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer was surprisingly covered up with a black turtleneck and large black coat. She posed for pictures with rocker and actress Juliette Lewis and the band Grouplove.
Considering Cyrus was rocking her shaved 'do at the Jingle Ball the day before, chances are the style is entirely a wig, though the singer has expressed an interest in growing out her 'do.
