Just days after they announced their split, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom have been spotted out in New York with their son.The actor and model looked relaxed as they wandered around the streets near their home, putting on a united front for their son's benefit.

They recently announced they were parting ways after six years together,and three years of marriage.

The couple confrmed the news in a joint statement to E! News, which read: 'Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months.

'After six years together, they have recently decided to formalise their separation.'

'Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love,support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family.'
